Are you a new owner in the GHOA?

The GHOA is committed to keeping the owner’s information up to date and accurate with information that includes the current mailing address if the owner does not live at their property, as well as email and phone number in case we need to contact you.

In order to complete this task, we ask all owners to provide update information to the GHOA. We are also looking at utilizing email as a way to distribute more frequent communications, so current email addresses would be appreciated.

It is important that new owners know about how The Grange Homeowners Association operates. Please help us inform new owners.

  1. Fees run from January 1 to December 31 of each given year. For the current years, fee amounts check the “Fees” section.
  2. If you need to request an account balance owing to the GHOAa, please email us at info@thegrangecommunity.ca and we will respond within 5 business days. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with the expected closing date with your request.
