It is important that new owners know about how The Grange Homeowners Association operates. Please help us inform new owners.

  1. Fees run from January 1 to December 31 of each given year. For the current years, fee amounts check the “Fees” section.
  2. If you need to request an account balance owing to the GHOA, please email us at support@blueprintmanagement.ca and we will respond within 5 business days. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with the expected closing date with your request.
