It is important that new owners know about how The Grange Homeowners Association operates. Please help us inform new owners.
- Fees run from January 1 to December 31 of each given year. For the current years, fee amounts check the “Fees” section.
- If you need to request an account balance owing to the GHOA, please email us at support@blueprintmanagement.ca and we will respond within 5 business days. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with the expected closing date with your request.
