Yes, membership in The Grange Homeowners Association by a buyer is a condition of purchase; a buyer is not given an option to reject it. If you own a home in The Grange there is an encumbrance on your property, which obliges you to pay the annual GHOA membership fee.

Due to the global pandemic the GHOA is still holding regular meetings via Zoom. We are following government regulations and hope that community residents stay home and self isolating as much as possible.
Association Fees for the 2021 fiscal year are as follows:
- Houses – $90.00/year plus GST = $94.50
- Condo – $45.00/year plus GST = $47.25
Fees are due on March 15, 2021. If they are not paid by April 15, 2021 a $30.00 administration fee will be added to the amount owing.
