• Replacement / Refurbishment of damaged metal sign on Stone Entryway sign scheduled for 2026
  • Stone Entryway signs maintenance including replacement of top stone caps and mortar repairs also planned.

  • 2025 – Vandalism to one of the Entryway Signs occured early in the year, the affected sign is on Grantham Ct. (NW corner)
  • 2023 was a tumultuous year as we transitioned to a new management company after less than a year with the previous company. Many hours of admin work by both the board and our book-keeper allowed for a smooth launch with the new management company: Ayre & Oxford Inc.

  • We’re proud to continue to support the community dog waste stations project in the hopes that we can encourage everyone to help keep our community clean. There are three dog waste stations located throughout The Grange, with more being added in the near future.
